When 60bar isn't Enough: The Power of 10MPa

For standard cemented carbide, 60bar pressure is often sufficient. But for the next generation of materials—Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) Bearing Balls, Ceramic Substrates, and Ultra-Hard Structural Parts—you need more power.

At extreme temperatures (above 1800°C), Silicon Nitride tends to decompose. To suppress this decomposition while achieving full density, a higher pressure environment is critical.

Enter the Ruideer 10MPa (98bar) Dewaxing Pressure Sintering Furnace. It is not just a furnace; it is a high-pressure densification chamber designed to push material properties to their theoretical limits.

Advanced ceramics require high nitrogen pressure to prevent dissociation at sintering temperatures.
